All sales are final

Every piece at Sowa Collective is handmade in small batches, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Arrived broken or defective?

If your item arrives broken or defective, we'll make it right. Email hello@sowacollective.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund.
